Understanding the Undefined root Centre in Human Design

Undefined Root Centre Human Design | Charlie Garnham

The undefined Root Centre in Human Design is all about pressure and stress. If you have an undefined Root Centre, you may feel constant pressure to “get things done” or to relieve the sense of urgency in your life.

This pressure can often feel overwhelming, especially if you’re rushing through tasks just to feel a sense of relief.

Challenges of the Undefined Root Centre

It’s easy to get caught up in the pressure to act, but it’s important to remember that the Root Centre is a pressure centre, not a motor. You’re not designed to constantly push yourself.

Tips for Alignment:

  • Slow down: Remind yourself that the pressure you feel isn’t constant. You don’t need to rush through life.

  • Manage stress mindfully: Take your time and trust that the right actions will come in their own time.

When aligned, your undefined Root Centre helps you manage stress in a healthy way, inspiring others to slow down and live with patience.

Do you want to discover a language that you can start using today and save yourself from your ego mind?

Get out of your own way, stop living your life through your ego mind and start sharing your magic with the world.

In my mini-course, from Limitations to Liberation, I will teach you the system that I use to help my clients overcome their limitations. Because what you need is:

  • to trust in yourself

  • a language that tells you what's going on in your mind

  • a practical solution to help you, over time, stop getting in your own way

After using Human Design, I now work 50% less than in my corporate marketing job, and earn 3 times more. Because I have learnt how to swim WITH the flow of my design, not against it. I have liberated myself from my myself.
